Westside Fire Services operates a 24-hour, fault and emergency call out service.

All our service technicians are fully trained in all brands of fire protection and emergency lighting systems and are available to service metropolitan and country locations on a regular basis.  Whenever possible, dedicated staff is placed on each specific site to ensure familiarity with building specifics and a rapport with on-site personnel.     

The service department at Westside Fire Services has been operating for over 20 years and is dedicated to providing all customers with a high level of safety and service standards, at a cost-effective price.

Our skilled service team uses a fully automated computer tracking service to ensure the timely and cost effective completion of all sites. 

Our customers are regularly informed as to the status of their fire protection systems and equipment and are assured that with regular servicing of equipment, costs associated with repair work, are kept to a minimum.
