Smoke and thermal detection are components of our various systems, which are tested after installation to ensure our customers have faith in the ability of our products to meet specific requirements.

Testing, service and maintenance of fire protection systems by suitably qualified and experienced personnel, ensures the ongoing effectiveness of fire protection systems.

Sub-contractors are chosen because of their ability and willingness to meet our customers’ needs and to conform to the highest requirements of the industry.

ISO 9001 is the certified standard by which we have based our quality system manual, procedures and work instructions. Regular review and internal audits ensure the quality system is implemented and maintained across all facets of our operations.

Direction for a successful quality system must by implemented by management. However, we have also involved all our personnel in defining and documenting working procedures. Personnel are therefore well versed in the requirements of our Quality Assurance System.

Even though we have attained our initial certification, the management and staff of Westside Fire Services continues to strive for excellence for the benefit of our customers’.
